Biography
Karyna Isaieva obtained her Master degree in nuclear physics and physics of high energies in 2014 and got her PhD degree in 2018 at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2018, she worked as an engineer at the same university. In parallel to her academic work, she also worked in Samsung Electronics Ukraine Company (2014-2015) and in “Research Assist” startup company (2016-2018) as a software engineer. In 2019 she joined the IADI Lab for a post-doctoral position. In 2023 Karyna Isaieva won the competition for the Research Engineer permanent position (Lorraine University, position attached to the IADI Lab) and will start her new job on 1 December 2023.
Main projects
• 2023-present : In charge of a workpackage of the Breast-INNOV project (MRI of the breast on the back with free breathing, with a dedicated hardware).
• 2021-present : Post-doctoral researcher of the Full3DTalkingHead project (reconstruction of dynamic 3D MRI of the vocal tract during the speech and its processing).
• 2021-present : In charge of a workpackage of the MECAMAX project (dynamic MRI of the mandible)

• 2022 : Stipend of the SFRMBM and France Life Imaging (FLI) for the particilation in « Joint Annual Meeting ISMRM-ESMRMB »
• 2021 : Best Poster Price (audience choice) at the congress of the SFRMBM 2021 (“Une solution permettant la reconstruction d’images IRM avec les données acquises par des capteurs externes en ligne”)
